This means that nobody can read the information that is being sent. Toolbuddy.co.uk does not store any card details. At Toolbuddy we aim to have all items in stock for swift dispatch. In the unlikely event that your items are out of stock we will email you to let you know when we expect them in so that you may cancel your order if you wish. Toolbuddy are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments please email us. We accept all UK credit and debit card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone or Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We charge a flat rate of £2.95 for UK Mainland Delivery is FREE for orders over £100 We Guarantee Most of the products we sell are covered by a manufacturers warranty which covers both faulty materials and workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear damage. Please contact us if you are unclear as to the length of the manufacturers warranty as it will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Always keep your sales receipt for the item as this is the only proof of purchase that we will accept. Please contact us before sending back a faulty item as many manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) this will resolve your problem more quickly. Please note that we will cover the cost of the return where the item is faulty. This return cost should not exceed £7 without authorisation from us as we may opt to arrange for a collection of the item. Please note that collections can only be arranged for certain items. LIABILITY If a problem occurs you may receive a refund or replacement under the terms or the guarantee. Our liability to you will always be limited to a full refund of the goods purchased. We will not refund delivery delays, loss of profits, administrive problems, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss of damage, also damage arising out of problems with relation to the items. We shall have no liability to pay you any money in way of compensation other than the refund stated above. Reaching Us If you need to reach us, please email us using the link on the store page. Toolbuddy do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Returns Policy You may return your item within 7 days of receipt of your order without a reason as long as you have proof of purchase and notify us of your intentions to return the goods. Returns must be unused in new condition and original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). In this situation it is your responsibility to return the item to us so we advise that you send it via a secure method. We cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
